Anāya is a living path of embodied practice, guided by Karen.

Rooted in ancient wisdom and shaped by lived experience, Anāya supports healing and integration in the midst of modern life. The name Anāya speaks to a natural return — a remembering of what is steady, wise, and already alive within you. It reflects a path that is not about fixing or striving, but about restoring right relationship with yourself, your body, and your life.
This work brings together therapeutic understanding, embodied practice, and seasonal rhythm to support people not in becoming something new, but in coming home to what sustains them. Here, insight is invited to settle into the body, and practice becomes something you live — not something you perform.

Philosophy

My work is rooted in the understanding that healing, leadership, and wellbeing are not separate pursuits — they are lived experiences.

I draw from ancient wisdom traditions alongside therapeutic, nervous-system–informed practices to support the whole person, in the context of real life. This work is not about bypassing difficulty or striving to be better, but about creating the conditions for steadiness, clarity, and wholeness to emerge from within.

Much of my work is shaped by those who carry a great deal — the ones who hold families, teams, and responsibilities together while quietly setting themselves aside. My role is to offer space, guidance, and structure so that insight doesn’t stay conceptual, but settles into the body and becomes something you can actually live.
